Bend Oregon

Just left Bend had some great beers. First stop was the Dechutes breweries pub in downtown Bend. After a monumental 12 hour drive from Vernon B.C. we arrived in 38 c and choking smoke from a nearby forest fire. I ordered a IPA and the trip was underway. In all I tried close to 20 different beers while in Bend, many were good but the one I bought at a gas station on route was the best.

I enjoyed this one while watching the sunset in Newport last night. Silver Moon Brewery's Hop Knob IPA. A really nice smooth fruity IPA. Not heavy, perfect for a cool west coast evening.

Next I'll review the Rouge Brewery in Newport Or
